1. Return Time Period: Aap product delivery ke 7 din ke andar return kar sakte hain. 7 din ke baad kiya gaya return request accept nahi kiya jayega.
2. Return ke Conditions:
Product return tabhi hoga jab wo unused ho, bina dhoya hua ho, uske saare tags, bill aur original packing sahi salamat ho. Product me koi scratch, damage ya istemal ka nishan nahi hona chahiye.
3. Return Nahi Hoga:
Innerwear, personal care, cosmetics, earrings, customized products, aur sale me kharide gaye products return ya exchange nahi honge. Hygienic reason se in products ko wapas nahi liya ja sakta.
4. Return Process:
Return ke liye aapko hamari website / WhatsApp par Order ID ke saath request bhejni hogi. Hamari team 24 ghante me aapka request approve karegi aur pickup schedule karegi. Pickup ke baad quality check kiya jayega.
5. Refund / Exchange:
Quality check pass hone ke baad 5-7 working days me aapko refund mil jayega. Refund original payment method ya bank account me hoga. Chahen to aap exchange ya store credit bhi le sakte hain.
